The Naomh Barróg senior hurling team has established itself as a strong force in Dublin hurling, recently achieving significant success by winning the Go-Ahead Ireland Dublin Senior 2 Hurling Championship. In a decisive final at Parnell Park, they defeated St Oliver Plunkett/Eoghan Ruadh by eight points, 0-20 to 0-12, showcasing their skill, teamwork, and resilience despite facing a numerical disadvantage due to a player dismissal during the match.
Their strong defensive and attacking play, helped secure their championship title and maintain their status in the Senior Hurling Championship 1 for the following year.
Naomh Barróg’s senior hurlers have also been recognized within the club, receiving the AHL 2 trophy in a recent presentation, reflecting their commitment and achievements.
